In fact, Snoop has called the lifestyle queen his "best" friend.

In a Super Bowl ad for Sketchers, they take their friendship to the next level when Martha, 81, gets a Snoop Dogg tattoo.

Celebrity tattoo artist Scott Campbell also appears in the spot.
