DJ Khaled threw a literal temper tantrum when he learned Tyler, The Creator's IGOR beat his album Father of Asahd on the Billboard charts.
Then he threatened to sue Billboard because they didn't include all of his bundles in their SPS numbers. His gripe was with an energy drink bundle, of all things.
Finally, he bragged when his album barely beat Tyler's second week. (Tyler was ahead in the early tally, and perhaps Billboard adjusted to shut Khaled up.)
"I’m in the music bizz not bundle bizz", he claimed, after stunting his second week "win."
That was too much for Charlamagne Tha God.
"You were trying to sell bundles the first week! What are you talking about?" He said. "Khaled should be ashamed of himself, acting like this. Like I said if they would've counted his bundles and he would've debuted at #1 first week and if somebody would've called him out for that, then he would've been calling them a sore loser."
CTG went onto say that Khaled's loss to Tyler was telling because Khaled actually got much better promo from their shared label on his album.
"If you don't have a real connection with the people, you don't have a real connection with the people, he added.
