Meek Mill was being released from prison today. It happened after the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania overruled Judge Genece Brinkley's decision to deny him bail and keep him locked up.
T.I. spoke to Meek over the phone after he got out, and he shared some of their conversation on Instagram.
"Remember when I told you not to take them 10 years of probation?" Tip told Meek. "I said ask them people if you can go on and do two years right quick."
T.I. then told Meek how many people wanted him to get out of prison.
"What really happened is that you became a household name," he said. "Before, motherfuckers felt like you had to be a fan of rap to know who you was, then you became a household name."
Do you think all of this will make Meek an even bigger artist than before? You can see more reactions to his release below.
