Casanova is accused of being a member of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation, and he along with 17 other members were charged with racketeering, murder, narcotics, firearms, and fraud earlier this week.
Authorities couldn't find the Brooklyn rapper at first, but he turned himself into Manhattan's Midtown South precinct on Wednesday night.
While Casanova's legal team hasn't responded to the charges yet, Cas himself hit social media to offer his own statement, and claim his innocence.
In the video clip, Casanova says if you're a rapper, you need to be careful, because the feds are trying to link rappers to crimes and gang affiliations.
