Judge Deals Big Blow To Casanova

by Daryl Nelson

Casanova has been racking up millions of dollars in bail money since he was locked up on racketeering and drug trafficking charges on Dec. 4, 2020. He first put together a bail package of $1.2 million dollars but the feds turned it down.

He then presented $2.5 million in bail, but on Thursday, Jan. 28 U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul Davison rejected it. The bail money was comprised of 13 people putting up their homes for the Brooklyn artist or money.

"When you go back to the history and characteristics of this defense, this is a defendant who has, over the last decade, managed to rack up three serious violent felony convictions," said the judge when he shot down the bail request. "It is quite reasonable to infer that people who cross (Casanova) get hurt."

Do you think Cas will go down like the members of GS9?
