In August of 2018, Cardi B allegedly attacked and had attacked two Queens strip club bartending sisters, including Tekashi 6ix9ine's current girlfriend Jade.
The word is Cardi though at least one of the sisters had slept with her soon-to-be ex-husband Offset.
Cardi was charged with two counts of felony attempted assault in the attack, and prosecutors offered her a plea deal that would likely keep her out of jail.
Bardi hasn't accepted the plea, and the state is losing patience.
“The People are offering for the last time an offer of a misdemeanor. … We are not going to go lower than a misdemeanor,” Assistant District Attorney Ryan Nicolosi said during a virtual hearing, which was not attended by Cardi or her two co-defendants. “We are again offering this misdemeanor but we cannot guarantee that that offer will be held open or offered again in the future.
“We all had many conversations regarding the possibility of a plea, what a plea could look like, if any of the defendants were willing to take a plea,” he continued. “But it seems like there is not going to be a plea.
There doesn’t seem to be a meeting of the minds."
Two of Cardi friends were also charged in the attack.
