Cardi B is suing blogger Latasha Kebe for waging “a malicious campaign” against her, which included accusations of prostitution, spreading sexually transmitted diseases, and drug use.
The case has been going on for two years. Yesterday, the judge in the case directed the Center for Women’s Pelvic Health at UCLA to provide the court with “any and all medical records within your possession related solely to the testing for Herpes and HPV for [Cardi B]."
The order was sought by Kebe's lawyer. If the tests were positive, it would hurt Cardi's libel claim.
Cardi's lawyers say they already submitted the records at the beginning of the case.
The lawsuit goes to a jury on January 5.
