Cardi B was supposed to headline the 92Q Spring Bling Festival in Baltimore this Friday.
But she had to postpone her appearance because of complications from all of her plastic surgery.
Cardi recently got some post-baby liposuction and breast augmentation. Although she's performed multiple dates since the surgeries, everything has been swelling up.

"Moving too much is going to f*** up my lipo," she told a festival crowd in Memphis earlier this month.
Now doctors are recommending a few weeks of rest so she doesn't explode on stage. Which would be pretty gruesome.
