Many folks think Cam'ron didn't allow his artist Juelz Santana to release his mysterious I Can't Feel My Face collab project with Lil Wayne.
As Cam explained today on his podcast, their label, Def Jam, made the decision.

"So Juelz and Lil Wayne had a project. Def Jame is under Universal, which Lil Wayne is signed to. So then, when they wanted to put this project out, Universal told Def Jam, 'Well, Lil Wayne still didn't give us his album yet. So if y'all want to put this project out we're taking 95 percent and Def Jam, y'all can take five percent,'" Cam explained. "We had a joint venture deal with Def Jam. So if that project came out, that means that Def Jam would get 2.5 percent of that album and me and Juelz would get 2.5 percent of that album."
According to Cam, Def Jam didn't want to go forward on a project they only got 2.5 percent on, so they nixed it, and he didn't have anything to do with the decision.
