Battle rapper Calicoe saw that Tweet and objected to the part about what his brethren are paid.
"Imagine thinking battle rappers don’t make more money a show than some of your favorite rappers😂 imagine not knowing that EAZY prolly make more money for 9 mins of rap than Key Glock can get 4 a 50min show. Imagine thinking “real rappers” got some money," he typed.
His replies had a lot of incredulous dissent, but Calicoe wouldn't let up and kept insisting battler rappers make more than all be the most A-List of rappers.
Do you think battle rappers make more than a guy like Key Glock, who can sell out a 3000-seat theater, sell merch, etc.? We guess you could argue they tend to have smaller entourages and lighter expenses.
