Watch Bronx Man Open Fire On Opp With Kids Next To him

In one of the most shocking and disturbing videos you are going to see for a while, a Bronx man has been caught on surveillance opening fire on another man as the victim was tangled up with two children

Luckily, neither child was injured.  The victim, 24, is in stable condition with wounds to his back and both legs.  The kids are not related to him, and he appears to have just grabbed them to protect himself.

Police are seeking more info on the shooter and say the victim is a known gang-member.
