Boosie's Badazz's bro Taquari Hatch had been accused of impersonating Boosie and making $361,000 in wire transfers from Boosie’s Capital One bank account to other people. Those people would then give him the cash.
But he won't be charged for the alleged crime. TMZ has learned that the Lousiana DA is no longer pursuing charges of identity theft and wire fraud against Hatch.
Last month, Boosie spoke on learning that his brother may have taken his money.
"I just cut him loose,” Boosie told Sway in The Morning. “He will suffer more than me in the end because he got charged for the shit … It was the first time I cried since I got home. We lost communication, so I don’t know why he did that," Boosie continued. “He was in a position eating, getting money. I had him as my manager. So there was no need to do all of that.”Boosie has yet to comment on the latest news. How he reacts likely depends on whether he thinks his bro is really innocent, or if prosecutors just didn't have enough evidence against him.
For his part, Hart has always maintained his innocence.
