Boosie Badazz Is Furious About JAY-Z Selecting Kendrick Lamar For Super Bowl

by HHL JT

Add Boosie Badazz to the list of rap figures who think JAY-Z did a dirty deed when he selected Kendrick Lamar to play this season's Super Bowl halftime show in New Orleans over Lil Wayne or another local rapper.

ALL YALL ACTING LIKE YALL COOL WITH HOW THEY PLAYING IT FOR THE SUPERBOWL SMH THE MOST CULTURAL CITY N THE USA( NEW ORLÉANS)ITS A SMACK N THE FACE TO EVERY HIP HOP LEGEND FROM LOUISIANA ‼️@MasterPMiller @BIRDMAN5STAR THIS SHOWS THEY NEVER WANTED YALL TO KICK N THE DOOR N THE FIRST PLACE CAUSE THEY STILL TRYNA LOCK IT‼️SUPERBOWL 22” WAS N CALI N CALI ARTIST WAS ALLOWED TO DO THEY THANG N IT WAS A GREAT SHOW‼️BUT  NOW ITS N LOUISIANA N NO LOUISIANA LEGENDS CANT DO THEY THANG #idontrespectit," the Baton Rouge rapper ranted.

Boosie Badazz has long had a bone to pick with Hov.  Here's what he said eight years ago about JAY calling out those who pose with money phones.

"In Louisiana his words don't fly," said the 'Wipe Me Down' rapper. "I don't know about New York, New Jersey and all these other places but Louisiana and Jackson, Mississippi, that shit don't fly like that, bro. And I'll say that to JAY-Z, I'll say that to anybody,' cause I'm a stand-up type of n*gga ... This [is] what they were telling me, 'You shouldn't put a stack to your ear.' JAY-Z don't tell me what to do. In Louisiana, it's just like a trend. JAY-Z is a powerful person. He stopped Auto Tune. He stopped all kind of sh*t. He won't stop what's born and bred in people hearts in Louisiana."

Does Hov need to stay out of the South's business?
