In April, Boosie Badazz was arrested following a traffic stop in Coweta County, Georgia.
The stop occurred after officers observed the white Dodge Charger Boosie was driving swerving in and out of lanes and possibly sideswiping another vehicle.
The cops found a loaded 9mm handgun, a vape pen, 20K of cash and 11 grams of weed, which they also smelled during the stop. Former NY Jets defensive back Antonio Allen, who was working as Boosie's bodyguard, was in the car.
Yesterday, the D.A. in Coweta County hit the Louisiana rapper with two felonies: possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance.
Prosecutors decided not to charge Boosie for the gun, so it could have been worse. Allen is facing the same two charges and they each could get up to a year.
Boosie had served time for marijuana offenses back in 2009 and ended up getting more time for trying to get drugs into prison during his bid.
