Boosie Badazz Explains Why Drake Has More Currency Than JAY-Z

Boosie Badazz is not one for mindless nostalgia.

During his latest interview with his best buddy Vlad, Boosie called out OGs who don't give the youngsters credit because they think their time was better.

“N*ggas just gotta stop hating.  That's with anybody.  Everybody gets their time to shine,” Boosie argued. “Just like they f*cked up, most of ’em gonna f*ck up the same way. I think When people do that, I think they should just stand up and say, ‘I f*cked up.’ I think it be more on the older guy not having right now to sh*t on the younger artist.”

That led Vlad to say that because JAY-Z embraces the younger generation, he has currency with them and stays relevant.

"A Jay-Z feature is still considered one of the most important you can get," Vlad said.

Boosie had a one-word answer to that.

"Drake."
