There were reports that JAY-Z was trying to make Boosie Badazz say sorry for criticizing Dwyane Wade for allowing his 12-year-old son Zion to become his 12-year-old daughter Zaya.
Boosie clarified those reports (which were based on an interview he did with The Breakfast Club) in an interview with Vlad TV.
"People got the sht wrong. The guy I own my reality show with, he know Jay. We start losing advertising, he like 'man, I can call Jay, he can put you on the line with Dwyane Wade and y'all do some sh*t and we clear this sh*t up and get the bag. We need to clear this sh*t up, Jay can make it happen.' I was just like 'no.' I stand what I stand on. I don't feel I said nothing wrong to apologize for," Boosie said, explaining there never was a call.
Then he added that his mom tried to get him to apologize, but he stood firm and didn't.
Boosie confirmed he got banned from Planet Fitness over the comments.
"I was denied because of my social media comments, "I was really mad," Boosie explained. Because sh*t like that is a part of my day ... I'm not allowed to go back."
The good news is that Boosie will be welcome at Shaquille O'Neal's new gym in North Atlanta once the COVID crisis ends.
