Twitter was in tizzy with word that Bobby Shmurda may be paroled today, on his 26th birthday.
That's not going to happen. Bobby's mom Leslie Pollard updated her son's situation in a call to The Shade Room.
“The parole hearing is scheduled for August 18th. We [are] very confident that things will go well, and as always we know God will see us through, he always does,” Leslie said.
Shmurda is almost six years into his sentence for murder conspiracy.
If he's not released on August 18, for COVID or other reasons, Bobby will likely get out on December 11.
He will likely drop new music soon after.
