Since Bobby Shmurda is from Brooklyn, he'll obviously be making Drill music at some point due to it being so popular in the Kings County borough, right? Wrong.
In fact, Bobby said he'll never make Drill and explained why on Instagram.
"Don't ever try to put me in a category or in a box you gonna hurt your head ๐ฎ๐จI do what Yall haters cant #Nahimsaying๐๐๐," he wrote on Sunday, August 7. "i don't do drill I won't ever be A minion๐ ๐ฆRrrrr ๐คฃ๐๐๐คซand they can't clone me really one of a kind ๐๐ฟ๐บ๐ฟ๐ฆโค๏ธ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ฅ..."
Bobby posted the message next to a video of YouTuber Bashworld sharing a clip of his “Hoochie Daddy” single and giving it high praise. Bashworld said he loves how the single doesn't fit into one category and could be considered hip-hop, house or pop.
How are you feeling Bobby's “Hoochie Daddy” single and what do you think about his message concerning drill music?
