Bobby Shmurda took a seven year plea on charges of murder conspiracy in late 2016.
According to TMZ, he could be getting out earlier than expected -- despite being less than a model prisoner.
They've learned from law enforcement sources that Shmurda's first parole hearing is in August of 2020, and that Bobby could be paroled from the Clinton Correctional Facility in Upstate NY by December of 2020.
That's because Shmurda, who is now 23, is getting credit for the 685 days he sat in jail before he took his murder conspiracy sentence.
Bobby also picked up a 4 year sentence for promoting prison contraband after a friend passed him a shank during a 2015 Rikers Island visit. However, a judge allowed that sentence to run concurrent to the longer one.
Bobby has been working out in prison and is now a much bigger man.
