Bobby Shmurda was arrested again in Brooklyn last Thursday. This time he was smoking weed with a couple of buddies in a double parked car.
Earlier this year, the Hot Nigga rapper was locked up on a felony gun possession charge, and could face up to 15 years in prison thanks to New York City's notoriously tough gun laws. (Remember poor Plaxico?)
After his latest arrest Shumrda taunted the cops on Instagram "So da bum ass cops locked me up yesterday Fa some bulls**t made me miss," he wrote in the caption to his video post.
Sources have also told TMZ that the 20-year old believes the local police are out to get him because of his fame. There actually have been reports of a "Hip Hop Squad" of officers who are assigned to pay extra attention to big rap stars like Drake, Chris Brown and Wiz Khalifa. (And maybe Shmurda, but he wasn't listed in the reports.)
Of course if you believe the cops are out to get you, you shouldn't smoke weed in double parked car. Just find a legitimate parking spot before sparking up. It's not so hard, even in a busy place like Brooklyn.
