It's been reported that over 7,500 people are helping to put out the California wildfires, and 900 of them are prison inmates.
Blueface has been locked up since last January for violating probation and was sentenced to four years in prison in August.
His mother Karlissa Saffold Harvey was recently asked on Live if he'd help fight the wildfires since he's being held at North Kern State Prison in Delano, California.
"They don’t make rich n*ggas go fight fires in jail," she said. "They might make your son fight the fire, though, not mine ... He don’t need none of his time knocked off. We will not be taking off no time for the cause."
Unsurprisingly, Harvey was slammed on social media for her comments.
"REAL DEFINITION OF A FAILED PARENT," someone wrote on Instagram.
"In case you were wondering why he ended up there," another person chimed in.
What would you tell Harvey if given the chance?
