The comedian Shiggy is known for his viral moments with rappers, many of them staged confrontations.
So if it's unclear if Blueface is really checking Shiggy in the video below. But he does very much tell Shiggy to stay in his lane.
"Listen, if you a comedian and you trying to jump in the rap lane, it's not going to work out the way you think it's going to work out," Blueface told Shiggy. "Just because you got four million followers, the people follow you cause you're a comedian. Once you try to rap, they not going to take you serious."
Lil Duval then jumped in the comments and reminded Blue that he, a comedian, had a rap hit with "Smile".
In response, Blue channeled his boss Wack 100 and started citing data.
"Lil Duval has entered the chat," Blueface updated. "Lil Duval's song did not go platinum. Crip, it didn't. I wasn't even all of that. It was a nice little viral moment just like everybody has if they got the right resources and utensils. I actually F*ck with the song, the song was funny as hell. It was pure comedy. Smile bitch, smile bitch. That's why it went up. He didn't make no hardcore song, no trap song. Dick and pussy, fu*king your ho. Crip. That's what I was telling Shiggy. I was telling Shiggy you gotta make a comedic song."
