Back in 2003, The Source Magazine -- who were beefing with Eminem -- revealed the so-called "racist tapes", in which Eminem disparaged Black Women.

According to Eminem's D12 guy Bizarre, the tapes were edited to make Shady sound racist when that wasn't the case.

Bizzare has heard the whole song -- called "Foolish Pride" -- and explains how The Source did Em dirty.

"The song was cut off and edited" Bizzare explained. "They was freestyling.  They was talking about all the races.  They was like 'white girl, what you think about a white girl.  Black girl ... Mexican ... But The Source just edited the Black girl part, and made it seem like it was racist ... We [D12] heard the song, and it was all type of girls."

Eminem never denied the existence of the tape and sued The Source for defamation and copyright infringement.  The Source prevailed under fair use.

If what Bizarre is saying is correct, do Benzino and Dave Mays owe Marshall an apology?
