Javier Nuno worked in Birdman's Miami mansion between September 2012 and February 2015. He was supposed to be paid $1000 a week plus overtime, and put in 70 hour weeks.
But according to a lawsuit Nuno just filed, Baby never paid him anything. He is seeking $129,000 for his regular schedule of 40 hours and an additional $48,375 in overtime pay. He also wants $177,375 in damages, for a total of $354,750.
On the one hand this is a lot worse than Birdman not paying Lil Wayne or producers. They still have plenty of money.
On the other hand, it's a little baffling that you would work for that long without getting paid.
Maybe Baby convinced Nuno to stay with text messages like these.
