In an interview with Angie Martinez, Birdman tried to downplay his feud with Lil Wayne.
He told Martinez that "I love my son to death" and and that their issues are "not that bad."
He also explained that he sees Weezy all the time. "We work right next door to each other every day," he said. "I don’t say nothing."
"I'm going to wait for the proper time to get together, and we going to do that," Birdman answered, when asked when he's going to get with his wayward "son" and figure out their legal situation.
Birdman also dismissed the reports that he was involved in a plot to kill Tunechi. "Anybody that gonna bust guns at Wayne, I got a problem with that," he said of the shooting incident in Atlanta.
Additionally, he denied he he threw a bottle at Wayne during an infamous club incident earlier this month.
Baby also dismissed the rumors Young Money artists Drake and Nicki Minaj are planning to follow Lil Wayne out of the Cash Money fold. “Nicki and Drake ain’t going nowhere, regardless,” he told Martinez, adding they are both "very happy" with Cash Money.
