Birdman and Young Thug are requesting a gag order in a lawsuit over a 2015 incident which left Lil Wayne's tour bus shot up.

The lawsuit is currently on hold, but the new request would prohibit Lil Wayne's driver Alvin Lewis from speaking to the press.

In 2016, Lewis sued Young Thug, Birdman, Peewee Roscoe, Cash Money Records and Young Money Records over the shooting.

Roscoe is currently serving 10 years in prison for firing on Wayne's tour bus as it left a show in Atlanta.

Lewis is trying to connect the dots between Pewee, Birdman and Young Thug, citing evidence that Thug and Baby made contact with Roscoe before and after the shooting

A recorded prison phone call between Birdman and Roscoe following the incident has been released to the press, as have phone records which show Thug called Roscoe multiple times in the minutes prior to the shooting.

Lewis believes the calls show Birdman conspired with Roscoe, along with Young Thug and the other defendants, to shoot at Lil Wayne’s tour bus.
