Bill Cosby is almost three years into his three to ten-year sentence for aggravated indecent assault in the 2004 rape of Andrea Constand.
As such, he is up for parole.
His first hearing was earlier this month and it ended with a thumbs down because Cosby refused to participate in a therapy program for sexually violent predators.
According to the 83-year old's spokesperson, Cosby knew turning down therapy would result in losing his parole appeal.
“We knew he was going to be rejected. He called me and told me that if he didn’t take the course, he would be denied," He has maintained his innocence from the beginning," Andrew Wyatt said.
Cosby still hopes to have his conviction overturned at the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
“He’s hopeful,” Wyatt said about the Supreme Court appeal. “He’s cool as a cucumber."
