Back in December, Big Sean was asked about Kendrick Lamar dissing him in an alternate version of his song "Element," and he brushed it off.
"Ain't no diss. If it was a diss, it would have been a diss ... If it was a diss, it would have been another diss," he told TMZ.
But it turns out that Sean just didn't feel like responding, as he revealed during a new freestyle. He also mentioned Drake and J. Cole and sent all three rappers a shot.

"I think where I lack most as an artist is consistency / I just haven’t had the energy to compete with enemies or y’all so-called bigger three," rapped Sean.
The lack of consistency the Detroit artist is referring to could be related to the mental health issues he's discussed. Or perhaps Kanye West saying in 2021 that signing him to his GOOD Music label is the worst thing he's ever done.
