After Benny The Butcher signed to Def Jam in November, he began to slowly roll out his upcoming project Tana Talk 4.
The Buffalo rhymer sat down with The Breakfast Club to talk about the project and said he's been sending music to Jay-Z.
"I definitely sent him some sh*t," said Benny. "Like, 'Yo, what you think about this? This some new sh*t, yo.'"
Benny was then asked if Jay actually got on a song of his yet.
"He hasn't got on nothing yet," he answered. "Hov not thinking about rap, I'mma be honest with you. And when he do, it's like a eureka moment. He's just thinking about it in that moment, it's not like he had his brain on it. But I'm dying to get ... That's like one of my ... I need me a Hov verse and I need me that Roc-A-Fella chain."
Do you think Benny will ever get that Jay verse?
