Earlier this month, Birdman claimed that his old Hot Boy B.G., who's been locked up since 2012, would "be home in a minute."
That was the extent of Baby's message, so we weren't exactly sure what he was talking about.
It turns out B.G. had just applied for compassionate release for the third time. Unfortunately, like the two times before, the 42-year-old was turned down.
Three days after getting the notion Judge Susie Morgan rejected it, arguing that B.G. "has offered no new evidence that would affect the Court’s prior decision."
The crux of B.G's agreement for compassionate release is that he has a heart problem which makes him especially vulnerable to COVID.
B.G. was busted in 2009 for multiple weapons and illegal drug charges. He eventually got 14 years in prison for gun possession and witness tampering charges.
He should be out sometime in 2024, compassionate release or not.
