Ariana Grande Jokes About Travis Scott Stealing Her Number One Spot

Ariana Grande's new album Sweetener is set to finish number one in its debut week.

But that's what Nicki Minaj thought her album Queen was going to do last week until she was taken down by second-week Travis Scott. 

Grande joked about the prospect of third-week Travis Scott taking her down too during her show in Chicago last night.

We've got three days left," Grande said after her manager Scooter Bruan said he was "100 percent" sure Sweetener was number one. "You don't know what Travis could pull!"

Nicki Minaj has accused Travis Scott of using dirty tricks to juice the sales of his album.

 “What we're not gonna do is have that Auto-Tune man selling fucking sweaters telling you he sold half a million albums, because he fucking didn't," she ranted on her Apple music show. "You stupid fuck. You got your fucking homeboy talking for you and you got your girlfriend selling tour passes. Stop it. Knock it the fuck off ... When [Travis] comes along and sells a tour pass that has nothing to do with his fucking music and says he’s sold more than Kanye West and Nas—no you fucking didn’t, keep it the fuck real. I know I’m that bitch, I know I’m Number 1."

Nicki has been in complete meltdown mode ever since second-week Scott outmaneuvered her. 

While most people will take Grande's quip as Scott-shade, Nicki hasn't been thinking right lately and Ariana is very, very small.
