Anthony Davis recently sat down with Shams Charania of Stadium to discuss his career. At the 6:50 mark of video he named Derrik Rose as the one person who kept him from quitting basketball back in the day.

"I always watched Derrick Rose as I grew up," Davis explained. "Memphis, years for the Bulls. He inspired me a lot. I don't think he knows that, and we're really close ... I thought about quitting basketball. I wasn't good enough, all these doubts, and I was able to constantly watch D. Rose play with passion, represent Chicago."
On another note, do you think Davis' new team the Lakers will win it all this year?
