The relationship between Angela Yee and Charlamagne hit a snag when CTG had Gucci Mane -- who Yee has had a rough relationship with -- on his non-Breakfast Club radio show and said nothing when Gucci called Yee a bitch.
Shortly after that, Yee explained that she and her co-worker are not friends.
Months later -- and with rumors Charlamagne is set to leave The Breakfast Club when his contract is up later this year -- Yee updated her relationship with CTG.
During an interview with Fox Soul's Out Loud with Claudia Jordan, co-host Donny Harrell said he would have hit Gucci if he had said such things about his co-host Claudia Jordan and asked Yee why CTG didn't do that for her.
I don't think, you know, that's just not... I don't expect that from Charlamagne," Yee said. "But, I think Envy, Gucci went at me and he went at Envy. He did those things and I think for some people, it's more important to get—that was like a big moment for him. So, I think, some people I think, and this is just how it is, are interested in views and getting that up."
She also addressed rumors of the end of the show, saying she doesn't know anything about that.
