Back in February, Afroman punched in the face a woman who had come up on stage during a show in Biloxi, Mississippi.
The fan was dancing against him when he delivered the blow that left her bloody and crying.
The 'Because I Got High Rapper' plead guilty to assault, and yesterday the judge cut him a break when he didn't sentence him to jail time. Instead, the 41-year old will have to take anger management classes and drug tests. (Which could be the basis of a 'Because I Got High" sequel.)
Through his rep, Afroman said he confused the woman with a man who had been shooting obscenities at him from the side of the stage.
