You probably haven't heard of the rap group Bliss n Eso. But they're a pretty big deal in their home country of Australia, where their last two albums have gone platinum.
Tragedy struck the trio this weekend when local actor Johann Ofner was fatally shot in the chest during a Bliss n Eso video shoot in Brisbane.
Detective inspector Tom Armitt said a “number of firearms” were being used on the set when Mr Ofner, a former carpenter and now stuntman, was shot. "We do not know specifically how those injuries have occurred at this point in time and that will be subject of our investigation," Detective inspector Tom Armitt saidBliss n Eso weren't on set during the incident, and issued a statement on Facebook.
“We were not on set at the time and our management team are currently working with the police and the production company filming the video to get more details. The three of us are extremely upset and shaken up by this and our hearts and prayers go out to the victim’s family and friends as well as the cast and crew who were involved in the clip today.”RIP, Johann Ofner.
