The Game Wants Viacom To Pay Sexual Assault Accuser Who Beat Him In Court

by Daryl Nelson

The Game has sued VH1's parent company Viacom, claiming they should be the ones to pay the reality show contestant who took Game to court and won big.

In 2015, Priscilla Rainey, who was a contestant on VH1's She's Got Game, accused the rapper of sexual assault and sued him for $10 million. Earlier this year, a judge awarded Rainey $7.1 million in damages from Game. Now Game wants that from Viacom, plus another $13 million for all of his troubles.

In her suit, Rainey said that Game forced his hand under her dress "to rub her bare vagina and buttocks."

But Game says Rainey shouldn't have been on the show in the first place, because she had too many priors, including aggravated battery. Plus, she had a big problem with jealousy.

"In moments of jealousy, [Rainey's] normal composure dissolves, leaving her to acting out of control," said a doctor on the show.

In his filing, the rapper says producers ignored that doctor's recommendation to remove Rainey from the program.

Game argues Viacom kept the Rainey on the show to add more drama and get better ratings, which is why they should fork over the dough. Do you agree with him?

Viacom has yet to respond to any of this.
