50 Cent could be facing criminal battery charges after throwing a microphone at his L.A. show, hitting Power 106 host Bryhana Monegain, and causing a big gash.

He hasn't commented on the incident yet, but his lawyer Scott Leemon has and said his client wasn't acting maliciously.

"Let’s be very clear, as I told LAPD this afternoon, my client, Curtis, would never intentionally strike anyone with a microphone," said Leemon in a statement. "Anyone saying something different doesn’t have all the facts and is misinformed."

Another person who weighed in on the incident is The Game, who jabbed 50 on social media.
