50 Cent is baffled by new sexual assault charges against Rick James, who died in 2004.
The late funk singer's estate is being sued for $50 million by an unidentified woman who says in 1979 when she was 15 James visited the Buffalo group home she was living in and raped her.
“He grabbed my hair and pushed my head into the pillow,” she said in the suit. “I tried to fight him off, but he told me to ‘shut up and quit moving or I’ll cut you.’”
She is able to sue after all of these years because the crime happened when she was a minor, which cancels any statute of limitations.
50 is skeptical.
"Oh f*ck this I’m done with all this sh*t," he wrote. "Nah I don’t want to hear sh*t, these bitches be crazy."
While the 41 years and the $50 million are going to make a lot of folks skeptical of the alleged victim's story, there is plenty of evidence James was capable of such a crime.
In the early 90s, James was convicted of two sexual assaults and served more than two years.
In one case, he and his future wife held a woman hostage for days, forced her to perform sex acts and burned her with a crack pipe. While on bail for that crime, James and his wife-to-be kidnapped a female record executive during a business meeting and beat her over a 20 hour period.
Cocaine is a helluva drug.
