50 Cent has been beefing with and mocking Gotti for years.
He had something to say about Irv's medical setback.
"Damn homie, in high school you was the man homie, WTF happened to you," Fif captioned the photo of Gotti with a cane. "I want Irv to get well, 🤨so he can have to watch my next wave."
