50 Cent provided a family update during a recent interview with Power 105's Angie Martinez.
The news concerning his 17-year old son Marquise is not so good. Fif has been in court with Marquise's mom Shaniqua Tompkins for years, and that battle has poisoned the relationship between father and son.
"I haven’t spoken to him. I don’t speak to him," he told Martinez. "With him that situation is so complex, I think over time [Tompkins] has instilled her entitlement.
"Possibly. I’d be listening to see what he’d be saying. I don’t understand it to be honest with you… You seen him sitting next to Floyd [Mayweather] when he thought I had a problem with Floyd. You seen him sitting next to Slow[bucks]. It’s too cool to not be little 50, that he’s associated to everything around me but me."50 Cent's relationship with his other son is going a lot better. Granted, Sire Jackson isn't 3 yet, but the tyke has already scored a big modeling deal.
"He’s got a [modeling] deal now with KidzSafe. It's audio company," 50 told Martinez. "They paid him a big payment too, $700K. He’s super cute…He’ll get 700 K and be the face of their company. Already he made his own money."KidzSafe happens to be part of SMS Audio, a company founded by 50. So it was probably more than his cute looks that landed Sire the job.
