50 Cent Claims Donald Trump Offered Him 500K For Support

Donald Trump is not very popular with the Hip Hop crowd.

Rappers including Drake, Meek Mill, Waka Flocka, Mac Miller, YG, Nipsey Hussle, T.I., Eminem and JAY-Z have blasted the 45th President both before and after he was the 45th President.

On the other hand, he did get a strange cosign from Kanye West, who was recovering from a mental breakdown when he showed up at Trump Tower.

According to 50 Cent, Trump tried to buy his loyalty. He explained how it went down on Ebro in the Morning.

“Before [Trump] got elected, they were having issues with the African-American vote,” 50 Cent explained. “They wanted to pay me $500,000 as a part of the campaign to just make an appearance.” “And I was like, nah, that’s not good money,” 50 Cent continued. “”I’m not going to do that.” “So you said no, you turned down Trump money?” Ebro co-host Peter Rosenberg asked. “That’s not worth it,” 50 Cent replied.

While 50 Cent has been known to exaggerate about money, the scenario he presents does seem plausible. Trump's team notoriously dangled millions in an attempt to get A-list talent to play his inauguration but ended up being shot down by all the big names.
