50 Cent Puts a Big Asterisk On Most of JAY-Z's Grammys

50 Cent loves to needle JAY-Z.

Whether it's comparing him to a gay painter or reminding everyone that Hov can't match Fif's boy Eminem in sales.

He's it again.

During a chat with XXL, Fif posits that JAY-Z  has 24 Grammys only because he is married to Beyonce.

50 Cent suggests that Jay-Z's large number of Grammy awards is due to his marriage to Beyonce.

 “It’s OK for the award shows not to give me the trophies. Even JAY-Z’s career, you can look at that and say the association to Beyoncé is when he started to receive the 16, 17 Grammys, since he’s been with Beyoncé. And you go, prior to that… one. That came with the association," Fif stated.  "You see their kids already have Grammys. They don’t sing yet. They don’t sing. They don’t rap yet. And, they already have Grammys and shit. So, they say, ‘Give them this trophy so we can secure that they’re coming — to the awards show.'”

The Grammys do seem to love the Carters.  Beyonce's 32 Grammys are the most in the award show's history, and one could argue that number is out of place with her overall sales and critical acclaim.
