Tekashi 6ix9ine is really testing his luck.

He didn't show up in court today for the cop-assault case in which he’s accused of squeezing the arresting officer’s hand too hard while being cuffed for an outstanding warrant.

It's the second date he's missed.

The last time it was because it was right after he was notoriously robbed and beaten and ended up in the hospital. This time his lawyer said he couldn't make it because of travel issues.

“The defendant was in Dubai, was in the Netherlands, and is trying to come back today,” The rapper’s lawyer told the judge.

The judge is giving him until Tuesday to appear or be arrested.

“Counselor, if your client is not here on Tuesday, [there’ll be] a bench warrant,” Judge Edwin Novillo told the rapper’s lawyers.

50 Cent mocked his son for being too stupid to show up in court.

"My son is a little retarded your honor is there anyway, l can go get him and bring him to court," 50 typed on Twitter.

Earlier this year, the Manhattan District Attorney's Office determined 6ix9ine violated the terms of the plea deal he struck in 2015 on one count of use of a child in sexual performance because he's been linked to multiple criminal incidents. They are now asking that 69 be sent to state prison for one to three years.

So it's probably best that he find Fif and let him take him to court.
