50 Cent Finally Caught Rick Ross With a Subpoena In Long Simmering Sex Tape Suit

After almost a year of comically dodging 50 Cent's lawyers, it looks like Rick Ross has finally been caught.

The Bawse has been ensnared in Fif's $32 million malpractice lawsuit against his former lawyers Reed Smith, who he believes screwed up his $7 million lawsuit loss to Ross's baby mama Lavonia Leviston, who had sued Fif over leaking her sex tape.

An important part of 50's case against Reed is his allegation that they made a pre-trial agreement with Leviston's lawyers that would preclude Ross from testifying.  Thus his new legal team needs to depose Ross so they can ask him about the agreement.

However, Ross has decided to troll 50 by avoiding or intimidating any process server Fif's lawyer's sent his way.

After months of fun, it looks like that gig is up.  According to Fif's attorney Imran H. Ansari, a judge had demanded Ross accept a subpoena.

"Rick Ross has been trying to duck this deposition since last year, and having not shown up for a hearing before a federal judge in Georgia last week, we are pleased with the judge’s decision to put an end to his evasiveness by making him accept a subpoena from my client and testify," Ansari said.

Now we'll see if Ross -- who looks like a guy with preexisting conditions -- can use the Coronavirus to further avoid ever getting in a room with Fif's lawyers.
