50 Cent said a lot of things during his interview on Big Boy’s Neighborhood that's gotten people's attention.
For one, the rapper revealed that he's bringing 8 Mile to television and two, he said that Eminem once turned down $9 million to perform at the World Cup.
In another part of the interview, 50 spoke about depression and called it a luxury for those who come from tough backgrounds like he does. [Head to the 4:41-mark]
“Certain things I don’t believe in ," said Fif. “I think the things you go through make you who you are and in my journey, there’s certain things that I don’t even let into my system like that. Like, I think depression is a luxury. Because where I’m from, you can’t afford to be depressed ... You gotta pay the bills, right? So you gotta go to work. You gotta get up, gotta go do what you gotta do. You got people right now that’s at work that don’t feel like being there. But they got responsibilities so they feel uncomfortable while they’re working, while they’re doing what they gotta do.”
