50 Cent Explains Why He Was Pissed About 'Power' Showing His Peen

Earlier this month, 50 Cent blasted the other producers of his Starz series Power for showing his character's penis without warning him.

Quite frankly, it all seemed like a publicity stunt.

Jimmy Kimmel asked 50 Cent about his southern exposure last night, and if his objections were all for show, 50 still wasn't breaking that character.

" [Show runner] Courtney [Kemp] was like, 'I didn't want to show it to you in the beginning, because I didn't think you needed to see it at that point...You just gotta take one for the team.'" "I knew it was there, but in the original clips, it was darker. It wasn't on, like, a big screen, like a life-sized version," he explained. "My aunt sees the show, and she's like, 'I'm traumatized,'" he continued. "She texted me like, 'What the fuck? Why didn't you tell me?"
