Diddy's ex Kim Porter passed away today in her California home at the age of 47.
A whos-who of Hip-Hop has sent their condolences and well-wishes to the families involved.
"R.I.P. to Kim Porter," wrote Diddy's nemisis 50 Cent. "I send my condolences to her friends and family. She was loved and will be missed dearly. I know Puff is hit right now. He loved her for real, soulmate type shit. Chin up, Puff. Positive vibes only."
Drake also sent a message.
"Sending peace and prayers to my brothers and to the big homie Puff," he wrote. "Love y'all and I am so sorry."
