21 Savage Changed Up His Grill game

When we first met 21 Savage, years ago, he had teeth of gold and what we soon learned was a "knife" on his forehead.

The knife remains.  But after years of having the type of mouth the mythical King Midas would make, Savage has switched it up and now he's flashing sparkly pearly whites.

A few years back, Savage said he's done with jewelry.

"I stopped wearing jewelry for a couple of reasons. One is because everybody wears jewelry. I outgrew it. I'm getting a little wiser. Another reason is because the richest people I've met in my life, they never have on jewelry. Every time I meet someone who’s very, very rich, like wealthy, I’ve never seen them with jewelry on," he said. "And ever since I’ve been saving money and not spending it on jewelry, I’ve been getting way richer."

It looks like his mouth has finally caught up to that philosophy.
