2 Chainz Keeps Winning That 'Thot' Lawsuit

Last year, Christine Chisholm filed a $5 million lawsuit against 2 Chainz because of a humiliating backstage video he posted to his blog in 2014. In the clip the hashtag #isthisyothot is flashed on the screen.

In December, a judge dismissed the lawsuit, ruling that calling someone a “thot” does not constitute “extreme or outrageous conduct”

So Chisholm tried to sue 2 Chainz again, this time claiming he tried to intimidate her with the lyrics and the images in his "Watch Out" music video.

Earlier this week a different judge tossed that case.

Bottom line: It's very safe legally to call a female a "thot."

But using such term still may give the impression you're stuck in 2014.
