According to the latest accounting, Kendrick Lamar is still on track to have the biggest opening of his career with 'DAMN.'
;Billboard reports Kendrick's fourth album is projected to do 475K SPS in its first week.
That's slightly ahead of the 450K Hits Daily Double projected for the album earlier in the week, and will certainly be good enough for Kendrick's third straight number one album.
2015's To Pimp A Butterfly did 324K in its first week, which was Kendrick's previous best opening.
DAMN. is also in striking distance of the 505K Drake moved with More Life, which has been the fastest selling album of the year.
Does DAMN. deserve that title?
